Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window on all products. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued once returned items are inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange or return, contact support@aurum-store.co.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
